By accessing our website or engaging Optimus Forum LLC for consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Optimus Forum LLC provides business and management consulting services including, but not limited to:

Business consulting and management consulting
Business process analysis and operational strategy
Workflow optimization and business planning support
Market research and competitor analysis
Performance analysis and project planning consulting
Internal process documentation and business growth strategy

All services are delivered remotely through online collaboration tools.

2. Engagement & Payment

Each consulting engagement is governed by a separate service agreement or proposal confirming scope, timeline, and fees. Payment terms are specified in each agreement. Invoices are due within the period stated in the agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary materials developed by Optimus Forum LLC remain our intellectual property. Deliverables created specifically for a client project are transferred to the client upon full payment.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the engagement and to cooperate in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Optimus Forum LLC provides consulting advice based on information provided by the client. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our recommendations. Our total liability in any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Client remains responsible for fees for work completed prior to termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

Optimus Forum LLC provides professional consulting services. Because our work involves allocation of expert time and resources, our refund policy reflects the nature of service-based engagements.

1. General Policy

All consulting fees are non-refundable once work on a project has commenced. This applies to all service types, including strategy sessions, research engagements, process analysis, and ongoing consulting retainers.

2. Pre-Commencement Cancellation

If a client cancels an engagement before any work has begun and before the agreed start date, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.

3. Partial Engagements

If a client terminates an engagement after work has commenced, fees will be charged for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any advance payments in excess of work completed will be refunded proportionally.

4. Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and, where appropriate, provide revisions at no additional charge. Refunds based on dissatisfaction are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Strategy sessions and discovery calls that have taken place
Research and analysis work already delivered
Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (tools, subscriptions, etc.)

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a billing concern, contact us at consult@optimusforumconsulting.com with your project details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
